- I forgot to mention that Kiyoto-san and Erika-san were student teachers and they chose to help our group out from their own kindness. They're so cool.
- When I won the prizes from the machines yesterday a Japanese guy approached me and he was like (in pretty ok English), "Do you do this a lot?" I said, laughing, "No this is my first time." And he was like, "WOW, you guys are a bunch of pros!" I guess he saw me use math in calculating where to put the claw and the rest of them trying to help me out by covering all possible viewpoints.
I think I had a bad trip while I was sleeping, cuz I woke up this morning and my feet still fucking hurt.
I had a dream that my body, as a vessel, was still in my bed but my mind was electronically travelling through all parts of Japan with a single thought.
I also got almost got a cramp while sleeping (I knew it would happen).
So yeah, not the best sleep in the world, but that's ok.
My feet actually feel swollen right now.
I didn't really feel too well today. My body was aching, I had a slight headache, and I felt sleepy.
It kind of led me to believe that I was sick, but I didn't know for sure, and what sickness I had acquired.
Class felt like an eternity.
We had our first digital Tokyo class and I could hardly pay attention.
All I wanted to do was sleep.
As soon as I got back that's what I did (after eating).
I think I took around a 4-5 hour nap.
It seems that while I was asleep, half the group went to the imperial palace.
*Jealous*
When I woke up, I felt a lot better.
My body aches were gone and I felt a little more refreshed.
My headache was still there, though.
Demetri also told me that he slept for pretty much the majority of the day as well and may even have what I had, although I doubt that it was actually contagious.
Pretty much nothing really exciting happened today...
Sorry about that, guys.
But I don't want to leave you guys with nothing.
So here's some shit we did.
Demetri felt like we had to do SOMETHING since we were shut up in our room for the whole day so we just went out.
We walked down the street until we found a fast food restaurant called Mos Burger.
It's something we pass by every day on the way to school but we hadn't tried it yet so we walked in.
It was incredibly difficult to order since the people working there knew very little English so we pretty much had to point at the menus and stuff.
There was a man behind us laughing at Demetri when he attempted to order in Japanese.
We both got the same burger, although it was smaller than it looked on the menu.
In case you couldn't tell, it was a patty with diced onions on top and sauce on top of that with a huge tomato slice.
Damn good.
By this time we were feeling a lot better and we went to the convenience store to get some more stuff, since the burgers weren't that filling.
I bought an interesting looking bread that just came out, I guess.
And Demetri bought me Asahi.
Yeah, so sorry again about today's content.
Not too much I did today except sleep.
I have a couple of readings I have to do by tomorrow so I better get started on that.
